Real Estate Cancellation and Refund Manager, Salary- 50k

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Cancellation & Refund team. Review cancellation requests, booking details, payment records, agreements and supporting documents.
Manage and monitor the complete refund process, including calculations, deductions and approvals. Handle customer escalations, complaints and sensitive cancellation/refund cases.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal and Management teams. Monitor pending cases, approvals, refunds and documentation to ensure timely closure.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering cancellations, refunds, ageing, pending cases and team performance. Ensure proper documentation, process compliance and internal controls.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance turnaround time and customer experience. Escalate high-value, disputed or exceptional cases to senior management.





Candidate Requirements:
4–8 years of relevant experience in Cancellation & Refund, Customer Relations, CRM, Real Estate Operations or similar functions.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Positive knowledge of real-estate booking, cancellation and refund processes. Excellent customer-handling and escalation-management skills.

-Robust knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting. Excellent coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential customer and financial information.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
