Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Location: Kondhwa Budruk, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work From Office / On-Field
Experience: 1–2 Years | Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Builders.
Identify and generate current leads through field visits, networking, referrals and market research.
Conduct regular client meetings and introduce the company's products and solutions.
Generate business prospects and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate store/showroom visits and follow up on ongoing projects and quotations.
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Track leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions and achieve assigned business targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
Experience in construction materials, building materials, sanitaryware, hardware,



interiors or related industries is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings across Pune.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and reliable with strong follow-up skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
