As a Purchase Incharge, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement of goods and services for the company. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supplier Management: Establish and maintain solid relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.
Purchasing Coordination: Oversee the entire purchasing process, from identifying needs to negotiating contracts and placing orders.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess inventory.
Cost Optimization: Analyze purchasing trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve procurement efficiency.
Document Management: Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation to comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and assist in budgeting and planning.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce () or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management.




Solid negotiation and communication skills to effectively deal with suppliers and other stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Basic proficiency in using purchasing software and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis.

You should be proactive and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with others in the office environment.
