Role: HR Executive
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, employee selection, and talent sourcing.
Support staffing requirements and manpower planning.
Coordinate payroll activities and ensure smooth processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, statutory documents, qualification records,
and experience certificates.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and address employee grievances.
Build and maintain robust relationships with employees, candidates, and creators.
Ensure proper documentation and support HR processes and policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR responsibilities.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.
