Role Summary

The Senior Social Media Marketer is expected to ideate marketing campaigns, define communications

strategy along with handling the end to end social media pages/presence. This role is central to how

Sataack 50 will be experienced on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Position: Senior Social Media Marketer

Location: Andheri (W), Mumbai (Work from Office)

Experience: 5 years (relevant industry experience)

Reporting To: Internal Team

CTC: 6,00,000 to 9,00,000 (depending on work experience and portfolio)

Roles & Responsibilities
Ideate, strategize, and execute marketing campaigns for the league across all the marketing

platforms.
Create and own the monthly content calendars as per the strategy.
Execute digital marketing strategies and run marketing campaigns from time to time.
Handle end-to-end deployment of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, publishing,

paid boosts, and ORM.
Designing the follower growth and engagement growth strategy on Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Ensure timely announcements around events, media launches, press conferences, and match

days / event days, and other key days.




Drive execution of the content calendar across all platforms, from time to time.
Coordinate constantly with the video production team to ensure timely delivery and posting of

assets.
Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign ideas.
Prepare monthly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and

campaign outcomes.
Familiarity with content creation/editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere basics).

Qualification
Master’s degree in Marketing / communications field or MBA in Marketing.
5 years of experience in branding / social media marketing, preferably in sports,

entertainment, or media industry.
Proven track record of growing social media accounts at scale.
Robust understanding of platform-specific content formats.
