Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage procurement activities from source to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop contract requirements for vendors.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage vendor performance, and resolve any issues that may arise during the contracting process.
Job Requirements :
5 to 9 years of experience in procurement or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid understanding of category management principles, including spend analysis and market intelligence gathering.
Proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procure-to-pay systems; experience with contract negotiations and vendor management is essential.
