Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales through direct client interaction, field visits, lead generation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, references, and market networking.
Meet clients and explain our product features, benefits, and solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
Maintain robust client relationships and support sales conversion.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of field sales experience is mandatory.
Previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive convincing ability and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
