Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, handling leads, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and understand their career and course requirements.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Maintain and update lead records.
Convert interested leads into walk-ins and admissions.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full time | Work Location: On-site

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
