Job Description — Digital Marketing Executive

Location: IMT Sector -6, Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 2–3 years

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with creative/content teams for execution.
Work with digital marketing agencies, freelancers and other external partners where required.
Monitor and manage paid digital campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a focus on reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.
Conduct basic keyword, competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Support SEO, website content and online visibility initiatives.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop creatives, reels, posts, blogs and other marketing assets.
Assist in influencer marketing and other digital brand-building initiatives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms and emerging platforms.
Work closely with the sales/business team to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Candidate Profile




2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a digital marketing agency or a fast-growing consumer/brand environment.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising and digital campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads will be preferred.
Good understanding of content marketing, SEO and digital analytics.
Experience working with agencies, designers, content creators and other marketing partners.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Positive analytical and problem-solving ability.
Creative, proactive and willing to take ownership of execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation.

Preferred Background

Candidates from a Digital Marketing Agency or D2C / FMCG / Beauty / Wellness / Personal Care / Lifestyle brand setting would be preferred.
