Requirements
Relevant Experience in Dry Provision / Staples Category Management in Retail or Ecommerce along with experience in Procurement in the F&B; Industry
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
Solid exposure to demand planning, forecasting and inventory optimization.
Experience managing procurement across multiple locations / regions / Pan-India operations.
Solid understanding of commodity markets and price movements for Staples and Dry Provisions.
Experience managing large procurement spends and supplier ecosystems.
