INTERNATIONAL STAFFING & RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for motivated International Staffing & Recruitment Executives to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, understanding international job requirements, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for international job requirements.
Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
Search for suitable candidates through recruitment platforms, qualified networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Explain job opportunities and recruitment processes clearly to candidates.
Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles to clients or authorized staffing partners.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with clients and recruitment partners regarding open positions.
Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.




Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Comfortable communicating with candidates and international clients.
Good computer and internet skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, or recruitment databases is an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and willingness to learn are welcome.
