Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities and make sure work matches blueprints and design specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect building materials, check structural integrity, and enforce high industry standards.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a protected work setting by enforcing safety rules and checking personal protective equipment.
Team Coordination: Direct workers, guide subcontractors, and plan daily workflows for laborers.
Problem Solving: Fix technical difficulties on site and adjust work schedules when delays happen.
Documentation: Keep detailed daily logs, write progress reports, and track material
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
