This role requires a dedicated individual who will engage with customers visiting our property, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include managing banquet event logistics, coordinating with kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organisation of banquet spaces. You will also assist in planning and executing events, ensuring that all details align with customer expectations. Robust customer interaction skills are essential, as you will address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events.
