Daily activities will involve training team members, conducting performance assessments, and providing ongoing support to enhance their skills and boost sales.

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively lead and motivate the team.



Candidates should also possess solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess sales performance and devise strategies for improvement.
