Role & Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits for quality analysis and root cause investigation of critical quality issues.
Perform RCA using 8D and other quality tools and ensure effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with Service and Dealers for customer complaint resolution and quality improvement.
Monitor field service records and identify recurring product quality issues.
Act as a communication bridge between QA and field/service teams and provide field quality inputs.
Conduct joint audits with Service to verify the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Ensure Dealer Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) compliance.
Prioritize safety- and quality-critical issues and drive timely resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence and IMS compliance.
Undertake frequent travel across Gujarat and North India as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.




Experience in Material Handling Equipment, Construction Equipment or Earth Moving Equipment industry preferred.
Automobile (4-wheeler) experience may be considered as a last preference.
Solid hands-on experience in Customer Quality, Field Quality, QA/QC and Root Cause Analysis.
Knowledge of 8D, quality tools, audits, CAPA and continuous improvement practices.
Positive understanding of hydraulics, engines, transmission systems and electrical components such as controller, motor and battery.
Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should demonstrate secure career history, preferably with an average tenure of 2+ years per organization.
Minimum 50% in academics and full-time educational qualifications are required.
Current CTC should preferably be up to 9 LPA and candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel.
