Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead, motivate and manage our Sales & Telecalling team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, achieving sales targets, monitoring calls and conversions, training team members and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate the Sales/Telecalling team.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Track individual and team performance.
Train team members on products, sales techniques and approved processes.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and MIS.
Support team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
Handle customer escalations and assist the team in resolving issues.
Monitor team productivity, attendance and discipline.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching.
Ensure proper follow-up of customer enquiries and leads.




Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Ayurveda, Herbal or Healthcare.
Previous team-handling or team-leadership experience preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Target-oriented approach.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience in sales reporting and MIS.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
