Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chip Level Laptop Service Engineer with robust technical knowledge in laptop servicing, troubleshooting, and motherboard-level repair. The ideal candidate should also have experience in customer interaction and coordinating with service teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware and software issues
Perform chip-level servicing and motherboard troubleshooting
Handle display, power, hinges, and performance-related issues
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software
Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and issue explanations
Support and coordinate with service team members for smooth workflow
Ensure timely completion of service jobs with quality standards
Maintain service records and update repair status regularly

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge in chip-level laptop servicing
Experience in motherboard troubleshooting and repair
Knowledge of display, power, and hardware issue diagnosis
Good customer handling and communication skills
Basic team coordination / handling experience
Ability to work under deadlines and service targets

Educational Qualification:
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Hardware, Electronics, or relevant field




Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in laptop servicing
Responsible and technically solid candidate
Good problem-solving and coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
