Have knowledge and experience of working in the large construction industry preferably Power Plant construction
Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
Delivers and facilitates EHS Induction, structured trainings on EHS topics, EHS regulatory training and development programs & initiatives in support of the company’s training plan & objectives.
Provides coaching, reinforcement of EHS policy and procedures.
Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
Ensure the delivery of high quality, cutting-edge and engaging.
Maintain accurate and timely training records.
Computer knowledge: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
On job training skill
Possession of excellent analytical and data management skills
