Position Summary
Role: Course Operations & Digital Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Duration: 2–3 Months
Type: Unpaid Internship
Commitment: Flexible hours (approx. 15–20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Course Content Creation
Research core pharmaceutical sectors including GMP, GDP, QA, QC, and Regulatory Affairs.
Assist in drafting, editing, and structuring engaging educational material and presentations for online learning modules.
Create practice quizzes, assessments, and summary materials to enhance student performance tracking analytics.
SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Management
Document internal workflows, guidelines, and operating steps for the content development cycle.
Review, update, and format educational standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality control across all courses.
Social Media Management
Plan and organize a monthly social media content calendar focusing on platforms like [LinkedIn]
Design engaging, educational visual assets and graphics (using tools like Canva)
highlighting pharmaceutical compliance tips, career advice, and course updates.
Actively monitor engagement metrics and interact with the online student community to build brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Communications.
Basic foundational knowledge or a robust interest in pharmaceutical regulations, GMP guidelines, and quality compliance.
Excellent written communication and content writing capabilities.
Proficiency with design and scheduling tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing tools, or social suites) is a plus.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
