Senior Software Engineer – AI / Agent Engineering

Key Requirements:
Strong Python Programming Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
LLM Architecture & End-to-End Understanding
Detailed understanding of LLM architecture, core components, and end-to-end LLM application workflows.
Solid understanding of how LLMs integrate with applications, data, APIs, and AI services.
End-to-End Agent Development
Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents end-to-end, from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.
Advanced AI / Agent Engineering Skills
Solid hands-on knowledge of areas such as:
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Agent Observability
Memory Management
Skill Management
MCP (Model Context Protocol)
Agent Gateway / Agent Orchestration
Agent-to-tool and agent-to-agent interactions
Cloud-Native Development & CI/CD
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployment.




Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to troubleshoot application, container, and deployment-related issues.
AWS Expertise
Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architecture.
Ability to design and deploy scalable AI/agent-based solutions on AWS.
Solution Architecture & Design
Robust experience in designing scalable, reliable, and production-ready solutions.
Ability to create and communicate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).
Understanding of scalability, availability, security, performance, observability, and maintainability considerations.
