Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding recent hires, including conducting interviews, screening candidates, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work workplace.
Benefits Administration:
Manage employee advantages programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Performance Management:
Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback to employees.
