Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy / Engineering. Preferred from NIIFT.
12+ years of relevant experience in foundry (Ferrous/Non-Ferrous – Copper casting preferred)
Solid understanding of metallurgical processes, sand preparation, and quality control
Compensation:
Budget: 15–17 LPA
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day foundry operations and production planning
Ensure quality control and metal reconciliation
Oversee equipment maintenance and process improvements
Drive production efficiency, capacity enhancement, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Hands-on experience in SAP PP Module and production scheduling
