Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Patna. This role involves identifying and developing recent international and domestic business opportunities, particularly for Makhana and related agro products. The specialist will manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outreach to importers and distributors, negotiation of terms, and follow-up to close deals.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for order processing and shipment timelines, maintaining robust customer relationships, and handling customer queries professionally. The role also includes planning and executing marketing initiatives, preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and supporting training or guidance for team members on sales processes and product knowledge.
