Job Description
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementation.
Robust experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE, Force.com Ajax Toolkit, and Salesforce API integration.
Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
Strong experience working in an Agile setting.
DevOps practitioner with experience in Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD.
Positive understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX.
Proven knowledge of business processes and their KPIs, including best practices to support relevant business processes.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
