About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a quick-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The chance: Own KGDC's tender pipeline. One opening at our Jamshedpur Head Office, reporting directly to the founder.

What you will do:
Track solar opportunities on GeM and central and state tender portals
Study tender documents and technical and financial qualification criteria
Prepare bid document checklists, submissions and compliance matrices
Coordinate EMD, bank guarantees, certificates and other bid documents
Follow up bids until award and maintain a tender tracker

Must-have:




Hands-on knowledge of GeM and tender portals (central and state e-procurement); prior tender or bid-management experience
Ability to read and summarise tender documents and qualification criteria
Solid documentation, Excel and written English; detail-oriented under deadlines

Positive-to-have: solar or power-sector tender experience.

Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.

Reports to: Founder. Location: Jamshedpur Head Office.
