Role & responsibilities :
Business & Budgets: Ensure cluster meets business plans, budgets, and financial targets.
Team Leadership: Set goals, review performance, and develop employees.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with farmers, traders, and customers.
Compliance & Best Practices: Enforce SOPs, GMP, and farm management standards.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize chick placement, resolve issues, and improve productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Track industry trends and implement best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with a B.V.Sc. (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) qualification will be given the highest preference.
Candidates with more than 5 years of experience in the poultry industry are preferred.
