Experience: Fresher–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, dermatologists, clinics, salons and wellness centres.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
Explain aesthetic/medical equipment, offers and packages to potential customers.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records in CRM.
Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Skills Required:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Hindi + English communication; Marathi is an advantage.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Fresher candidates with valuable communication skills can apply.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.
