Required Skills
25 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
Robust knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
Positive understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
Working knowledge of Java or Golang for application debugging and production issue analysis.
Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience with application log analysis and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
Good understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
