• Onboarding and Offboarding
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews.

• Payroll Processing
• Recruitment and Selection

• Employee Relations
• Training and Development
• Data Entry and Reporting
• Document Management
• Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings,
managing office supplies, and answering phone calls.
• Schedule and support in appointments and events
• Remind and ensure the monthly hostel, mess and bus amount are paid on time.
• Travel and Expense Reimbursements, Honorarium Payments
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and qualified manner.
