Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements.
Configure and manage Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing, and Retro-Pay processes.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts.
Handle Payroll Interfaces and Integrations with third-party systems and financial applications.
Participate in end-to-end payroll lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Provide functional expertise for payroll issue resolution, audits, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional HCM teams.
Support payroll processing for multi-country payroll settings (where applicable).
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides.

Mandatory Skills
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Payroll (Functional)
Solid knowledge of payroll elements, balances, costing, retro-pay
Experience with Rapid Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HCM Extracts
Payroll Interfaces and Integrations
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations
