Key Skills:
36+ years’ experience with ServiceNow CMDB and service modeling (or equivalent CMDB platforms with solid ServiceNow exposure preferred).
Hands-on experience applying CSDM concepts and translating them into practical implementation patterns.
Solid understanding of CI lifecycle, relationships, and governance in an enterprise workplace.
Experience with CMDB data quality remediation and KPI-driven improvements.
