About the Role
Collar Search is hiring an experienced US Legal Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for US law firms/ legal staffing agencies and hiring Attorneys, Paralegals, Counsels, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Partners, C-level and Litigation Support professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Legal positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Assess candidates based on legal experience, practice areas, licenses, and client requirements.
Coordinate client interviews, offers, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate records in ATS/recruitment databases.
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
2+ years of US Legal Recruitment experience.




Experience recruiting for US law firms or legal staffing agencies.
Knowledge of US legal practice areas including Litigation, Personal Injury, Corporate Law, Real Estate, Family Law, Trust & Estates, Insurance Defense, Employment Law, and Intellectual Property.
Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and passive candidate generation skills.
Experience working with ATS/recruitment databases.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in US night shifts from an onsite office workplace.
