Role Description
The Sales Development Representative (SaaS) is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities for MeghaX. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target accounts, generating and nurturing leads, and conducting outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to key stakeholders. The SDR will schedule discovery meetings and product demos, collaborate closely with Account Executives and marketing to refine messaging,



and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This role also involves following up on inbound inquiries, contributing to pipeline growth, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs to support continuous improvement of our go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do
Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay.
Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Cold call US business owners and executives.
Manage email deliverability: domain warm-up, sending limits, and inbox health.
Personalize outreach at scale using AI tools.
Qualify prospects against our ideal customer profile before booking demos.
Book demos on the founder's calendar and follow up to make sure they happen.
Track all activity and pipeline in the MeghaX CRM.
Report weekly on activity, reply rates, and meetings booked.
