About the Role

The Associate Project Manager plans, tracks, and coordinates the end-to-end execution of marketing art deliverables, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with release schedules and stakeholder expectations. This role owns resource planning, stakeholder communication, reporting, and process improvement across Marketing Art workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with the ability to drive AI adoption and operational excellence across distributed, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and coordinate end-to-end execution of project deliverables.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects in alignment with release schedules, business priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans.

• Perform root cause analysis for schedule deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.

• Monitor team bandwidth and utilization to ensure effective delivery.





• Coordinate onboarding, knowledge transfer, and transition activities for recent resources.

• Act as the primary coordination point between Product, Marketing, QA, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates on risks and delivery impacts.

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, and management summaries for leadership.

• Maintain project schedules, documentation, and action trackers using JIRA, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive standardization of project management processes.

• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across project workflows, including reporting and process automation.

• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, sprint reviews, and action tracking.
