Key responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

1- Recruiting, Hiring, and Training: Identifying, recruiting, hiring, and training real estate agents to build a high-performing team.

2- Motivation and Coaching: Motivating and coaching sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

3- Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve results.

4- Teamwork: Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Sales Strategy and Execution:

5- Developing Sales Plans:Creating and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.





6- Setting Sales Targets:Establishing realistic and achievable sales targets for the team and individual agents.

7- Lead Generation:Identifying and generating new leads for the sales team.

8- Sales Process:Overseeing and improving the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

9- Market Analysis:Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations. Client Relations and Communication:

10- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

11- Negotiation: Assisting agents in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
