Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration & QA Consultant to drive the design, configuration, validation, and production readiness of integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure-based services. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in ServiceNow integrations, API/event-driven architectures, integration testing, and production deployment support.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage ServiceNow-side Azure API and Event integrations.
- Design and implement API/event mapping, transformation, and correlation logic between systems.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint references, integration logging, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Develop and execute integration test strategies, test cases, and validation plans.
- Lead end-to-end integration testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and coordinate with business stakeholders.




- Validate data flows, event processing, and system interoperability across platforms.
- Support deployment activities including release validation and production readiness assessments.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and create deployment/support documentation.
- Provide post-production Hypercare support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
