As an individual contributor lead project-based sales from client engagement to project delivery, driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop project sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new clients and build solid customer relationships.
- Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and commercial offers.
- Manage projects from sales to successful delivery, ensuring timelines and profitability.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, installation, finance, QA, suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project costs, resources, risks, documentation, and overall performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead and guide the project sales team.
