Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Dashboard Development
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Salesforce, Looker Studio and Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics (B2BMA).
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support regional and global marketing teams.
• Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation and quality assurance processes.

Marketing Analytics & Insights
• Analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
• Proactively investigate anomalies, performance issues, and emerging trends without requiring direction from leadership.
• Drive data-informed decision making by presenting insights and recommendations to marketing stakeholders.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with regional marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor by independently gathering requirements,



recommending measurement approaches, and delivering insightful analysis.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and evidence-based recommendations.

Data Management & Governance
• Utilize Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement, Snowflake, and SQL to retrieve, analyze, and validate data.
• Merge and analyze data from multiple systems to support marketing performance measurement.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical processes, and independently drive recommended improvements.
• Support governance initiatives that improve consistency, scalability, and confidence in marketing reporting.
