Work Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Excel, and working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books.




• Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, schedules, and other financial reports.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and ensure proper documentation.
• Support payroll processing and payroll-related statutory compliances.
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance requirements.
• Maintain proper records and documentation for financial and statutory purposes.
• Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and data management.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and support process improvements to strengthen financial controls
