Job Description

Lead and execute RTCA DO-160G qualification and compliance testing for avionics and airborne electronic equipment. The role combines deep expertise in environmental, EMC, electrical, and reliability validation with customer-facing technical leadership to support aerospace product certification, qualification, and regulatory compliance programs.
The candidate will act as a subject matter expert for avionics validation activities, engage with aerospace customers, define validation strategies, execute qualification campaigns, troubleshoot failures,



and support certification ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Avionics Validation & Qualification Testing
Test Planning & Compliance
Interpret customer, regulatory, certification and test plan requirements and translate them into measurement protocols
Hands-on Testing
Execute and supervise testing related to:
• EMI EMC and Environmental tests

Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare test reports
• Drive first-pass success through robust validation planning.

2. Customer Engagement & Technical Solutioning
Technical Consulting
• Work directly with aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and certification agencies.
• Support technical discussions during RFQs, proposals, and project kick-offs.
• Develop Statements of Work (SoW), effort estimates, schedules, and quotations.

3. Laboratory Excellence & Capability Development
Test Infrastructure
• Define and improve avionics test capabilities.
