Job Responsibilities

1. Teach Social Science to students as per the CBSE curriculum.
2. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and teaching materials.
3. Develop students’ understanding of History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.
4. Conduct classroom activities, discussions, projects, and assessments.
5. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
6. Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
7. Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support.
8. Maintain students’ academic records and examination documentation.
9. Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding students’ progress.
10. Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and co-curricular activities.
11.



Use digital tools and computer applications to enhance classroom teaching.

Candidate Requirements

1. Post Graduate degree in Social Science or a relevant subject.
2. B.Ed. qualification required.
3. CTET/STET qualification preferred.
4. Minimum 3–4 years of relevant teaching experience in the same capacity.
5. Experience in reputed CBSE-affiliated Public/Boarding Schools will be preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills in English.
7. Robust classroom management and interpersonal skills.
8. Good computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
9. Ability to engage students and create an effective learning environment.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
