Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Accounts Receivable / O2C / Credit Collections professionals with strong exposure to international voice-based collections. The candidate will handle international customers through inbound and outbound calls and manage end-to-end collections activities within the O2C cycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) collections for international customers through voice process.
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding invoices and payments.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities related to collections.
- Follow up on overdue invoices, outstanding balances and customer payments.
- Perform account reconciliation and investigate payment discrepancies.
- Handle dispute management, deductions and payment-related issues.




- Work on Credit Management activities including credit limit review and related customer account tasks.
- Handle refunds, order management and credit-related requests.
- Communicate professionally with international customers and resolve collection-related queries.
- Maintain accurate collection records and follow defined process, quality and productivity standards.
- Prepare and respond to customer communications through professional email etiquette.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Cash Application, Billing, Credit, Sales and Customer Service for issue resolution.
- Meet assigned collection targets, SLA, productivity and quality metrics.
- Work comfortably in night shifts aligned with international business hours.
