We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline and possess a robust background in inventory management, particularly within the ERP/SAP systems. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory processes, supporting our operations as an importer and stockist of alloy, spring, and die steels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Inventory Management & ERP/SAP Compliance:** You will manage day-to-day inventory transactions for all inbound and outbound materials, ensuring that all stock movements are recorded accurately and in real-time within the ERP/SAP system. You will also support ERP implementation and ensure proper adoption of digital inventory processes at the warehouse/shop-floor level.

2. **Warehouse Operations & Stock Movement Control:** Adherence to warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential. You will ensure that no physical movement of material occurs without proper system entry, documentation, and gate pass. Coordination with warehouse and operations teams for inbound, outbound, and inter-warehouse stock transfers will be part of your responsibilities.

**Stock Audit & Reconciliation:** Conducting regular physical stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory verification will be crucial. You will reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system stock records and identify any discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, or incorrect system entries.

4. **Inventory Reporting & Analysis:** You will prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports/MIS for management, monitoring inventory KPIs and highlighting major stock variances or operational issues.

**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in inventory management and accounting
- Experience with ERP and SAP systems
- Strong analytical skills for inventory reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
