Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Voice Process Executive who is fluent in Tamil to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, address customer queries, and provide excellent support while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in Tamil (inbound/outbound as required)

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow call center scripts and procedures when handling calls

Required Skills:

Fluency in Tamil (spoken)

Valuable communication and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Prior experience in voice process/BPO/customer support is preferred

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills )
