Salary Package:

Familiarity with basic computer operations

Readiness to perform both voice and non-voice tasks

Flexible to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls





Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions

Log call details and maintain daily records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Achieve individual and team-based performance targets
