Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AR (Accounts Receivable) Caller to join our finance team and assist in managing outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, clients, or patients to follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payment. This role involves maintaining accurate records of communication, addressing queries related to billing or payment discrepancies, and coordinating with the accounts and billing teams to resolve issues efficiently. The AR Caller will also assist in updating payment status in accounting systems, generating reports, and contributing to the overall cash flow management of the organization. Solid communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and basic accounting knowledge are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, along with prior experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable.
