Job Description:

Role Summary & Purpose:

- As an Client Model Builder, you are primarily responsible for the successful delivery of Client solutions.
- You will be required to model sophisticated business problems, collaborate cross-functionally to search for hard-to-find answers, and effectively uncover insights for our Business Partners.
- Strong analytics skills, resourcefulness, and the capacity to adapt to a scaling organization will help you be successful. Being able to operate independently and lead in a dynamic environment is key to this role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

In this role, you will be expected to:

- Lead Client model development and serve as architectural Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large-scale connected planning solutions.
- Translate existing spreadsheets and complex business problems into sophisticated Client multi-dimensional models.
- Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, performance optimization, or to incorporate new business functionality.
- Provide significant feedback and progress updates promptly to Business Partners and project teams.
- Set up standard processes, governance, and technical documentation for Client models across environments.
- Participate actively in data integration, data pipeline orchestration, and migration solutions.
- Partner on all aspects of identifying, evaluating, and communicating key insights that tell the story behind the numbers, our employee experience,



and key business drivers.
- Thrive as part of a cooperative team and work in an "all hands on deck" environment, shifting smoothly between diverse task types, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving passionate data storytelling.
- Investigate root causes of data anomalies, reporting discrepancies, and formula performance issues.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business (Finance, Operations, Accounting, etc.) or a highly technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, etc.).
- 2+ years of hands-on Client model-building experience with at least 1 large and complex ground-up build or 3 Medium complexity builds
- Demonstrated passion for business analytics, financial/operational modeling, and enterprise planning.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of taking initiative and driving projects forward.
- Proven experience working autonomously and collaboratively in a rapid-growth, rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- End-to-end Client solution deployment experience across the complete implementation lifecycle.
- Consulting experience or academic research background in a technical/quantitative field (economics, engineering, science, mathematics, etc.).
- Experience collaborating on dynamic projects with HR, Finance, Accounting, Product, and/or Engineering teams.
- Organizational change enablement or project management leadership experience.
