People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a General Manager to lead the creation and expansion of a recent Forex & CFD brand targeting the Indian market.
You will build local teams, develop IB and affiliate partnerships, and execute the commercial strategy from market entry through to long-term scale. The interview is directly with the CEO/Owner.
Critical Requirements
- Fluent Hindi and English
- 10+ years in Business Development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD
- Strong knowledge of the Indian trading market
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams and operations
- Experience with CRM, lead conversion and CPA/Rev Share/Hybrid models
- Strategic leadership and P&L; management
- Based in SEA or MENA (candidates based in India cannot be considered due to local regulation)

- Existing network of Indian IBs and affiliates
