Experience: 2+ Years | Education: Any Graduate | Shift: 24×7 Rotational

Job Summary:

Responsible for monitoring and supporting AI platform services running on Red Hat Open Shift and on-premise infrastructure. Handle first-level incident detection, troubleshooting, recovery procedures, and escalation to L2/L3 teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor dashboards, alerts, and operational mailboxes.
Perform basic Linux, network, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Check Kubernetes/Open Shift nodes, pods, deployments, and services.
Review logs and identify common issues.
Execute approved SOPs, runbooks, and Git Ops-based recovery procedures.
Create incident tickets and maintain accurate shift handovers.
Coordinate with infrastructure, network, platform, and application teams.

Must-Have Skills:

Linux basics
Networking: IP, DNS, ports, ping/connectivity
Kubernetes / Containers
IT Operations / Application Support
Incident troubleshooting and escalation

Valuable to Have: Open Shift, Git/Git Ops, Grafana, Prometheus, Bash/Python, ITIL, and exposure to AI/ML infrastructure.
