Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S4HANA PPQM Support Consultant to provide L2L3 application support process optimization incident resolution and enhancement delivery for Production Planning PP and Quality Management QM processes within SAP S4HANA The consultant will be responsible for ensuring stable manufacturing and quality operations supporting business users and driving continuous process improvements across production and quality functions The role requires strong expertise in manufacturing processes quality assurance and integration with other SAP modules in a support environment

Key Responsibilities

Application Support Incident Management

Provide L2L3 support for SAP S4HANA PP and QM modules

Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production and qualityrelated incidents within SLA timelines

Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and process disruptions

Support business users on process queries and howto requests

Coordinate with SAP OSS for issue resolution and note implementation

Support monthend and periodic manufacturing closure activities

Participate in change requests process improvements and automation initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve planning and quality processes

Testing Deployment Support

Execute Unit Testing Integration Testing and Regression Testing

Support User Acceptance Testing UAT

Validate transports and support production deployments

Assist in release and change management activities

Documentation Knowledge Management

Prepare support documentation SOPs knowledge articles and training materials

Maintain process documentation and issue resolution records

Conduct user knowledgesharing sessions and training workshops
